How could we counteract this mist... A spell that creates wind might be able to blow it away, but then it would simply be more spread out and somewhere else, and at any rate the effects on magic at the moment...

It will take a better mage than I to cast them, then - I don't dare use a spell at the moment. In a zone of wild magic like this mist is creating, there's no telling what it would do.
