Quite an impressive enchantment, whoever did this; then again, judging from the power involved, I shouldn't expect less from a god. Not particularly subtle from my point of view, but most of the compound can't detect magic.
One would expect this sort of thing closer to Valentine's Day, admittedly, but it's quite amusing nonetheless. I think there's a compulsion beyond the main effect here? Probably to get around people realizing that they didn't have a bottle of tea in their fridge in the first place, I shouldn't wonder...
